Hello. I'm Toby (tobiitobes).
I'm a multitalented person, or that's what I think described me the most.
I do arts and music, they have been my interests since 2017.
Although I don't draw more often anymore, I still write music.
If I have time, I may continue practicing drawing.Hopefully I make your day better by creating whatever things I want to make. If I don't, sorry for my own existence and creations.If you're into "knowing more" about me, I guess I can tell you some things about me.My favorite color is purple, despite having a black and white aesthetics just because I don't want to hurt my eyes reading my own stuff.My favorite drink is tea. My favorite tea is green tea. If you rearrange the letters from my own name "TOBY", you'll get T-BOY.If you rearrange the letters from my nickname "tobii" in lower case and mirror it, you can get "idiot". Q: How did you get your name 'Toby'/'Tobiitobes'?
A: I got my name 'Toby' from Toby Fox. He has been my biggest inspiration in making music. I used to naming myself 'Toby Dog' but then I thought "That's kinda too much". So I took 2 of my nicknames that people used to call me which is 'Tobii' and 'Tobes' and combined them. That sounded cool so I kept the name and used it until today.Q: Do you have a Spotify/other streaming platforms? I want to listen to your songs there.
A: No, unfortunately. And it won't happen anytime soon. But don't lose hope yet! I will try my best to release them on streaming platforms when there's an opportunity to. For now, sit back and enjoy the songs being released on YouTube and SoundCloud.Q: What app do you use to make music?
A: Bandlab. It's free.Q: Do you learn music theory?
A: No. I have no idea what that is.Q: How do you make music?
A: It's not really as complicated as you may think. Usually I get melodies from me singing randomly. If I find the melody I sang really good, I immediately put the exact same notes on Bandlab and from there I start brainstorming on how the song is gonna go.Q: When did you start making music and why?
A: I started making music in 2018-2019 with my ukulele and Mario Paint. Then, in around 2020 I focused on making music again but this time with different software or "app" if you willl called "Bandlab". It was during pandemic and I had so much free time so I used it to basically mess around with the app and try to make cool tracks.Q: What's your goal in 2023?
A: Making 2023 the busiest year of my life than 2021 and 2022 combined. The beginning of 2023 has been amazing, but of course I won't expect too much. I'm afraid if I do that, it will only mess up my mentality. So for our own good, let's enjoy this tiny journey with me and who knows. If things do get even wackier I might as well move out and have my own apartment just to focus on my own things.
